I scheduled a meeting for several people, however, I am not an attendee. How can I modify/delete the meeting when I can not see it on my own agenda?

Client: There are several possibilities here. First, check the ‘In Tray’ view and look in the ‘Entries you’ve sent out’ folder. This folder will list the meetings you have created, regardless if you are an attendee or not. Double-clicking the meeting will bring up the ‘Edit meeting’ window for this meeting to permit you to make the desired modifications/deletions. If you do not see the meeting here, click on the Tools | Options… menu item. On the ‘Options’ menu click on In-Tray | Sent Out. Click on the option “Show Entries dated from today onwards”, then click on ‘OK’. Check the folder again for your meeting. If the meeting still doesn’t appear, perhaps you created the meeting not in your own agenda, but as a designate for someone else. Connect to that person’s agenda (menu item File | Agenda | Open as Designate…, or type a D). Repeat the above as needed to find the meeting in that person’s agenda.
