I see that on two consecutive days, in the RINEX file header for an OSGB active station, the receiver/antenna combination changes from Ashtech/Ashtech to Leica/Ashtech. Is this right?

Yes. During the period 24 May 2004 until 23 November 2004, such changes could occur on a daily basis, for Droitwich, Kings Lynn, Leeds, London, Newcastle, Northampton, Nottingham and Southampton. This is related to trials of the OSGB’s OS Net, where the antenna signal was split for logging by both an Ashtech and a Leica receiver, the RINEX file then being taken by BIGF from one or the other receiver, dependent on operational considerations.
