I sent a secure email but the recipient never received it. What is the problem?
The first time you send a secure message the recipient receives an ordinary email with a subject [SEND SECURE]. Your message may have been confused for junk mail or a potential virus. It is good practice to notify the recipient before you send a secure message the first time, so they will recognize your secure email.
