Your access ID is your link to Internet Banking. Services such as wsb epay are specific to the access ID that you are using to access the system. That ID allows you to see all of the accounts tied to your name and address. A joint owner may see a different set of accounts depending on their relationship with the Bank. We suggest that bills are paid using only one access ID in order to simplify reporting and use of the wsb epay system. Otherwise, two separate IDs are perfectly acceptable.
