It is possible that the server has shut down. You can see this by trying to right click on the server’s icon in the system tray on the server PC or you can see the service manager if the server is running as a service. If the server is not up for some reason, please go to Start / Programs / SmartWorks menu and restart the server. If the server does not start, please check whether port 6900 is occupied by some other application. (SmartWorks server runs at port 6900 by default) Please run Server manager and change the port number. Restart the server now.
