We had some problems with the ezone in which some of our information was lost. per Article 17.4- Reorganizations, Classification & Classification Changes a. A completed Position Description Form and written explanation for a proposed classification or reclassification request shall be submitted to the Human Resources Department. b. The Employer shall review and verify the duties assigned to the position. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of reclassification request, the Employer shall notify the Union of its findings. c. If the findings are appropriate, the reclassification shall occur on the pay period immediately following the Department of Human Resources receipt of request. In such instance, the employee does not retain his/her old eligibility date and will be eligible for salary increase the first day of the pay period immediately following twenty-six payroll periods in the new class.
