I subscribed to the online edition/day pass and received two confirmation emails. My email and password still won let me access www.pbcommercial.com?
The email and password provided during the subscription process is for managing your account only. After subscribing, you must also register your account and choose your login and password for www.pbcommercial.com. You can register by clicking here.. After you submit your registration, wait for a confirmation email. The email will direct you to click on a link to activate your account. After activation, your login and password should give you access to www.pbcommercial.com. I registered, but my login information still won’t work. After registering, you still need to activate your account. You should receive an email with a link directing you to click it to activate your account. If you have not received that email or you clicked the activation link and still can’t gain access, please call our customer service department at 870-534-3400. I registered and activated my account, but when I entered my email and password and clicked login, nothing happened. I don’t even see an error message.
