I undertake CPD and make a record of the activities I undertake so why do I have to complete the extra documentation outlined in the ENRICHVIC program manual?
The ENRICHVIC program will require you not only to undertake CPD but to also document the activities and demonstrate how the activities chosen addressed your individual learning needs. These learning needs are devised by determining your area of practice and formulating your own learning plans. You will be required to submit this documentation to the Board when audited. The ENRICHVIC program is not about pharmacists accumulating 20 CPD points each year, it is about pharmacists identifying relevant CPD activities and then undertaking these activities to meet their learning needs and maintain competence.
