Our Quality Assurance Team has identified a problem with older model Linksys BEFS series routers (wired and wireless) with hardware versions below v. 4.0 who’s firmware has NOT been updated. If you have a Linksys BEFS series (e.g., BEFSR41, BEFSR41W, BEFSR81, BEFSR11, BEFSRU31) and experience intermittent disconnects after a few minutes please visit http://www.linksys.com (or http://tinyurl.com/ypud2a) to download a firmware update for your router to resolve the issue. We are currently working on a fix to work around this issue.
