No. Once you transition over to MetaLink 3, you will be able to log issues for your Hyperion and Siebel products only. If you have support agreements for other Oracle products (E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, Fusion Middleware, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards etc.) you will need to continue to use your existing support portals (MetaLink 2 and Customer Connection) for these products until all product groups are migrated over to MetaLink 3 at a later date.
