I use Windows XP and have WiFi access but when I change my UANet ID password I get booted from WiFi and have to re-enter my username and password. How can I fix this?
• Close any windows currently open. • Open the Start menu and click on Run. • Type cmd in the window that appears and click OK. • At the command prompt, type the following: reg delete hkcu\software\microsoft\eapol\usereapinfo /f Note: double check the information you have just typed at the command prompt for accuracy. • Press Enter. This will remove the saved username and password from your registry. • Log off or Restart Windows XP. • Next time you connect to UAWiFi, Windows will ask you for your username and password.
