Open the Security Guard Service user interface by clicking the red circle icon in the right-hand corner (in the System Tray). Click Profiles (the middle pane) and select the ‘Normal’ profile as you active profile. You may also add the rule for the program yourself if you know what protocol it uses and if you are familiar with TCP/IP fundamentals. Remember to also allow these programs in ‘Application control’ of Personal Firewall.
