DeviantART has good Hetalia shimejis. I have downloaded them to my computer and there were no viruses. The only problem with them is that there are two files in the folder titled “conf” that need to be renamed if you’re using the .zip file. The 43 kb should be renamed 動作 and the 10 KB file should be renamed 行動.
