DiaCu can be polished, only with expensive diamond polishing equipment; if you attempt to polish DiaCu with normal polishing equipment, it will damage your equipment. DiaCu is coated with copper on attachment surfaces to allow the copper to be polished with normal metal polishing equipment; however, polishing very close to the DiaCu composite can damage polishing equipment.
