A description of when to use each follows. Individual PC Monitor: Select this option if you are interested in configuring Wireless Sync to monitor a single Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino account. PC Monitor is for use with Exchange or Domino only and should not be selected if you are attempting to retrieve POP3 or IMAP email. Workgroup PC Monitor: Select this option if you are interested in configuring Wireless Sync to monitor multiple (up to 20) Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino accounts. Not for POP3 or IMAP email. POP3 / IMAP Connection: Select this option if you are interested in configuring Wireless Sync to retrieve email (POP3 or IMAP) directly from a POP3 / IMAP server. If you have configured another email client to also retrieve messages from the target POP3 / IMAP account, ensure that it is set to leave messages on the server after being downloaded.
