I would like to use Wusage to generate stats for multiple virtual domains and for each domain to have its own reports directory. How do I do I automate this process?
First, create a good configuration for a single virtual server. Then, copy that .conf file to the locations you prefer for each of the other virtual servers, changing these two configuration file lines to suit the client: logfiles reportdir This is the minimum amount of modification required. This can be done very easily with a Perl script. Finally, you will write a shell script which runs each of these jobs, CONSECUTIVELY (please *don’t* run them all at once or try to stagger them with many cron jobs), and create a single crontab entry which points to that shell script. (A good example of such a script can be found in the script archive.
