Yes, terms and conditions apply, however we believe they are quite fair. Our standard 3 year warranty applies to all systems and Laptops excluding Netbooks and Tablet PC’s, which only have 1 year warranty as standard. The warranty does not apply to peripherals such as monitor, keyboard, speakers etc. which all have standard manufacturers warranty (which is warranted through us). The standard 3 year warranty covers all parts used in building the system and labour. The standard 3 year warranty is “Return To Base” only and the return of all faulty goods to us is made at the customers expense. iBuyPower will send the repaired/replaced system at our expense to the customer thereby sharing the total cost of transporting the faulty system. If no fault is found a service fee and the cost of returning the system will be charged to the customer. Customers are quite welcome to deliver a faulty system to us themselves however this is only practical if you live in Melbourne where we are based.
