Yes it is. You have to configure the SMTP Server that you usually use to send e-mails under the SMTP Servers branch in Setup/Services and then add your e-mail address under this server. Alternatively, you can use the Account Assistant, you then click Next, select SMTP Servers, click Next, select Configure a new SMTP server, click Next and fill in the forms.
