No, RTS CORP is primarily a contingency-based agency. We only apply a fee when RTS CORP provides the candidate that fills the position. We will always work closely with a company to provide a selection of qualified candidates, but in some instances, individuals are hired from other sources. In these cases, we will continue to work with our clients to fill additional positions within their organization.
