If a hurricane formed in the Arctic Ocean, would people blame global warming?
Hurricanes in the Arctic Ocean would HAVE to be global warming, because hurricanes CAN’T form in the Arctic Ocean. Hurricanes need WARM water to form. Therefore ALL Hurricanes near the equator, and move in a generally-western direction. So for a hurricanes to form in the Arctic Oceanwould require that the Arctic Oceanbecome warm — and that WOULD be global warming.
