No, the other person cannot automatically access the PCR and process it. If the initiator is out, he or she can contact Agency HR to call BEST SS to create a substitution. When BEST completes the substitution, the other HR Master Data Maintainer can then see the initiator’s WF inbox and process Actions for the time requested.
