An ex-spouse may remain on an employee’s two-person or family membership through LGC HealthTrust Member Group’s health plan until the subscriber re-marries. The employee or their ex-spouse may, however, have premium payment obligations for the ex-spouse’s coverage. Any ex-spouse who is responsible for making full or partial premium payments to the employer for such coverage must notify the employer and LGC HealthTrust, in writing, within 31 days of the court decree that continued coverage is requested.
