If all team members cant attend the Learning Sessions, is that OK?
Yes. Although we encourage you to send the same three team members to all three Learning Sessions, we recognize that this isnt always possible and that some teams prefer to rotate team members so that everyone has the opportunity to attend at least one Learning Session. The executive sponsor is committed to attend two of the three Learning Sessions. To help accomplish this, LS2 is scheduled in conjunction with Premiers Governance Conference in Phoenix. The physician champion is committed to attend Learning Session 1 and 2.
