If I am an existing SingTel Fixed Line user, can I retain my current number on the new mio Voice service?
Yes, you can retain your existing SingTel Fixed Line number onto your new mio Voice. However, please note that there may be a maximum of 1 day service disruption before your new mio Voice is ready for use. In addition, if you decide to keep your SingTel Fixed Line Service, you will be given a new Fixed Line number. Your new SingTel Fixed Line number cannot be the same number as the one which you port over to the mio Voice.
