If I am running a pair of passive or powered speakers (the x-overs are in the cabinets) can I still use the DriveRack PA?
Yes. You can load up Preset 5 or Preset 3 (depending upon your firmware version). This Preset is a full range preset. The High outputs will then be plugged into the amplifier. If your amplifier is in the Wizard, you will want to run the Setup Wizard. You will want to select “Custom Passive” for your mains and “None” for your subs. You can then proceed to select your amplifier in the list and continue through the Wizard until you are asked to load the configuration. If your amplifier is not in the list, select “Custom”.
