There is a free shuttle bus, transporting ticket holders from various locations in and around Orlando, to Busch Gardens. It takes about 90 minutes each way. If you are driving from Orlando, travel west on 1-4 to 1-75, go north and take exit 265. If you are driving from St Petersburg travel north on 1-275, take exit 33 and then turn left onto Busch Boulevard.
