If I buy the handset in Singapore and use it in other Asian countries with another SIM card (other than the ones from SingTel, StarHub or M1), can I still use the Comes With Music service?

This will work fine as long as an open Internet gateway is available. Again, consumers need to be aware of 3G data charges incurred should they do this. Plus, the user can activate and access only the Singapore Nokia Music Store.
