If I change a task to another category (ie. Task to Feature Request) why does it disappear?
Changing a task from one category to another actually moves that task into the other list. So, while it may seem to disappear, it actually still exists. Just go to the area you moved it to by clicking Task and selecting the new category: Now you will see your task where it belongs. This is to help you categorize things and maintain a clear view of only what is relevant to each chosen category at a time.
