If I completed more than 24 hours of continuing education courses in the 2004 2006 cycle, may I carryover those additional CEU hours to qualify for the 2008 2010 cycle?
A. No. To receive credit for a continuing education course/program it must be completed within the time frame of the renewal cycle. At the time of the 2008 renewal you will receive credit for a course completed between November 1, 2006 and October 31, 2008. The only exception to this requirement is a CMT or RMP with a current, valid NCBTMB certificate; however, circumstances vary. Please e-mail the Program Manager at kelterc@dhmh.state.md.us for guidance.
