Yes, you can change to the Test Only option without paying anything extra. All you have to do is send us an e-mail message requesting the change. No justification for the request is necessary. However, you must end the request with the word “Signed” and then you must type your full name below it to authorize the change. Please be advised that this change may void the tuition refund guarantee and the ability to earn CME unless you still complete and submit the required 100 expanded SOAP note assignments.
