All completed applications received within the one-year time frame will be renewed for ds past the original expiration date. For example, if a student’s personal trainer certification expires on April 29, 2004 and he or she submits a renewal application on October 13, 2004, his or her updated personal training certificate will expire April 29, 2006. This means the student will lose six months on his or her active certification period.
