We recommend the engine(s) be off when utilizing the SuperFlush. However, in this instance you could use SuperFlush as long as you do not exceed 1100 RPM. Higher RPMs can result in damage to the water pump. Remember, SuperFlush flushes from the top down and the water pump is pushing the water up into the engine. In this instance, they are working against each other. That is why we do not recommend running the engine while utilizing the SuperFlush system.
