Yes. If Ordinance No. 360 passes, the individuals elected to the offices of Shelby County Sheriff, Trustee, Register, and County Clerk will be limited to three consecutive four-year terms effective September 1, 2010. The individual elected to the office of Shelby County Assessor will also be limited to three consecutive four-year terms effective September 1, 2014.
