Before calling IReplStore::Initialize, ActiveSync calls IReplStore::ReportStatus with RSC_OBJ_TYPE_ENABLED once for each enabled object type and RSC_OBJ_TYPE_DISABLED once for each disabled object type. The HREPLFLD passed into IReplStore::ReportStatus is actually a pointer to the object type name.
