YES, Provided the matter is proceeding on foot of the record number as cited on the currnet civl aid certificate and the solicitor is satisfied there is a reasonable case to proceed. NB– A civil aid certificate in respect of matrimonial proceedings only covers work done on foot of one record number. If applicable the related ICOS number should be provided along with a response in respect of the usual 2 points referred to at question 13.
