A6. Not necessarily. When you click on the “Click to Convert” button it will change to “Converted” but that only means the process has begun. You must make sure you follow all the steps in the instructions to complete the process. In addition, once you complete the conversion process, leave the conversion tool and log back in later, you will see that the “Converted” buttons have reverted back to “Click to Convert”. Your converted alerts will still be converted and you can confirm that the Porpoise profiles were successfully converted to the Web of Science by logging into Web of Science and checking your profile.
