If two persons of different sexes with the same level of qualifications, soft skills and experience apply for a job – how is the hiring decision made?

It depends on the company policy and the job itself. If a female will fit better in the corporate culture then she will be hired and the same goes for the male. Other factors are also taken in consideration such as type of work, what remuneration the candidate is willing to accept and personality traits.
