We believe that, as proposed, our WIN program will continue to offer appropriate incentives to attract RNs and ensure adequate staffing for most weekend shifts. We would continue to provide a comprehensive benefits package and good weekend shift differentials that keep this program an attractive option for RNs who commit to working weekend shifts.
