If you do not manage to insert the Inion Trinion™ successfully at your first attempt how difficult is it to remove it to start again?

An easy screwing technique is used to insert the Inion Trinion™. It is possible at any stage to pull back with the introducer to view how far the Inion Trinion™ screw is inserted, and then to recommence screwing. This controlled insertion technique means that it is very unlikely that you will not be able to insert the Inion Trinion™ screw at the first attempt. Earlier and some current devices on the market have to be fired into the meniscus which meant much less control and one “shot” only.
