If you look at the gene names there are ribosomal genes in the yeast data set that are not in the last 121 rows. Do we need to pay attetion to those?

nope. For the sake of this project if they are in the last 121 rows we consider them ribosomes. Otherwise we consider them non-ribosomal. (For the most part the ribosomal proteins in the earlier rows are mitochodrial, and thus unlikely to cluster with the other ribosomal proteins).
