One possibility is that the Server may be set to only send faxes of a certain minimum priority level. To check this, choose Setup menu>Device in the Fax Server application. Select the device that corresponds to your outgoing modem(s). Near the bottom of the Device Setup window is a setting for Minimum Priority of messages to process . The default setting is Bulk. Make sure that your outgoing faxes are not set at a priority level that is below the Server’s minimum priority setting. For example, if the Server is set to a minimum priority level of ASAP, then your fax must have a priority level of either ASAP or Urgent. The priority level of an outgoing fax is set on the Client. Once you click the New Fax button, go to the Options menu>Priority and select the priority level. You will have to set the priority level for each new fax that you create. Another possible cause is that the time on the Client’s clock is set at a later time than the Server’s clock.
