No, you haven’t reached your peak but, don’t try to throgh your arm out trying to through 95 to 100 mph. Work on your forarms make them stronger. You can even start developing breaking pitches to make that 85 mph fastball faster. Try to through a 2 seam fb and a 4 seamer. Also develpo mor leg strength because thats where alot of your power generates from is your legs and your forarms. Also your pitching whind up. Guys like Nolan Ryan, Cleamens and Zambrano have High leg Kicks exept when there in the streach. Good luck your young still and have a great chance don’t push it just let it come natural.

Lift weights. GO SLOW. At 17, you are probably still growing. Doubt you will get another 10 mph but you never know. The key is not to over do it. Establish your rhythm. Make sure you can still throw your changeup or curve or whatever other pitch you throw. Lift weights. GO SLOW. Lift weights. Eat right.

Work on your curve, change-up, etc. Then just keep on trying and you could have potential to get better. Your fastball speed will eventually increase if you work hard.
