I’m getting a Security Violation 10 error when switching back and forth between PROSIM/TSWEET and ProMax. What is the problem?
The TZ environment variable may not be set correctly. Contact BR&E support for security device update instructions to remove the error. We can also assist in checking the TZ environment variable which was automatically specified when TSWEET/PROSIM was installed. If security violation 10 occurs when switching the security device between computers, the time and date may not be set correctly on one of the computers.
