By logging in to RTC’s webmail directly, you can adjust the filtering criteria. Login to your email from RTC’s homepage, www.rtconline.com. Click the options button on the left side then click on the bottom link that appears, SpamShieldPro. By LOWERING your setting (default is 2.5) you will create stricter filtering rules.
