By disabling your mail. Go to My Settings, type your e-mail address, and click Edit Options. From your Sw-discuss Subscription Settings page, scroll down to the Your Sw-discuss Subscription Options section and follow the instructions under Disable Mail. To receive messages again, follow the same instructions and choose Enable.
