If you have attempted to log in several times, and have been unsuccessful, you will be asked to reset your WebPortal account. When you go to reset your account, you will be asked to enter your Social Security Number. If you do not have a Social Security Number enter you RedID number instead. Continue to follow directions as instructed. If you continue to have problems with your WebPortal account you should contact the Office of the Registrar for assistance. You can reach them via phone at (619)-594-6871 or via e-mail at registrar@sdsu.edu.
