Im having trouble finding finding an iTunes track I redeemed with Swag Bucks. Where did it go?
Please navigate to the “Order Status” tab on your User Profile Page. If your iTunes order is unverified, or has not yet been shipped, please complete the ordering process to redeem your song. If your Order Status Page shows that your order has been shipped, it is possible that the iTunes track currently resides on your computer’s hard disk. Once an iTunes track has been redeemed from the iTunes store, Prodege’s responsibility for that item is considered fulfilled, and neither Swag Bucks, nor prizes, will be refunded in the event of a “missing” song.
