Im installing a NextSTART theme I downloaded from the net but when I apply the theme WorkShelf does not change! Whats going on?

NextSTART was already available long before WorkShelf first saw the light of the day. For this reason, some of the older NextSTART themes do not have a WorkShelf companion.
