Im not sure if combat supply can be used in overruns. If it can, is it 1 res pt/ovr or 1 army HQs as a supply source for all units within overland supply range for the whole movement phase?
Combat supply (Rule 11D) states that it lasts for an entire combat phase. Since overruns are conducted during the movement phase, only general supply effects are used in overrun calculations. If a unit is overrun or overruns while out of general supply, its combat strength is quartered (Rule 11F – Supply Effects).
