When setup through a proxy server it is common to receive a no authentication server error due to cookie permission. To avoid this error please enable the option that reads Allow cookies that are stored on your computer. You also want to enable the option that reads Allow per session cookies not stored. These options are available within the control panel under Internet Options. Click Security tab the options are located under the Custom Level button.
